LeagueXI is a free-to-play football prediction game. Users predict the outcomes of football matches, earn points based on accuracy, and compete on leaderboards and in leagues. LeagueXI does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or gambling of any kind.

LeagueXI is a game of skill and judgment. We reserve the right to void predictions, adjust scores, or suspend accounts where we detect cheating, exploitation, or abuse of the scoring system.

7. Scoring and Results

Predictions are scored according to the rules described in “How It Works,” including the rule that scores are based on the 90-minute regulation result (extra time and penalties excluded). We rely on third-party data providers for match results and are not liable for errors, delays, or omissions in that data. Our determination of results and scores is final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on LeagueXI are owned by LeagueXI or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission. LeagueXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football league, club, or competition referenced on the Service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeagueXI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
